said bills And account being on file in the office of the Glerk of the Circuit Court.
The warrants so issued in settlement of the bills and accounts being listed completely
in the County finance record, as provided by laws reference to said County Finance
record and the list so recorded therein being made a part of these minutes as fully
and completely as if the said warrants were set out herein in detail.
The County Depository -filed its monthly statement of the various accounts showing
receipts and disbursements, which having been checked were found to be correct.
There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board
adjourned until Mondays July 7th 1930.

The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court at Vero Beach, in the County of Indian River, on this 7th
day of July 1930s and the following County Coruissioners were present: Albert O.Hel-

seth, Chairman; J.D.Yongue; J. W. IeBruce; J.J.P.Hamilton and John H. Atkin.
F. G. Fletcher appeared with supplemental plans of jail. The original plans

were adopted and accepted subject to changes as shown in revised or supplemental plans
dated June 26, 1930 and subject to changes made by* F.G.Fletcher, as County Building

Inspector.
J.H.Knight appeared before the Board regarding road Last of State Road #4, being
a continuation of south Gifford Road. It was ordered that the County Engineer get up k
estimates of amount necessary to put this road in proper shape.

It was ordered that the County will agree to issue partial release of Even & Brune
judgment to release 5 acres in Vero Land Co.'s., zubdivision upon the payment of X100*
for such release.
It was ordered that rent due by Judge Cobb on neffer house be accepted at :275.00
and that X75.00 be refunded. It was also ordered that balance of §7.95 on account of
Leech inquest be paid the County Judge. Commissioners voting for this order being
Commissioners Yongue; Hamilton and LaBruce. No. John H. Atkin.

Seth. Those voting against such order being Commissioners Yongue and Hamilton.

The Tax Assessor having presented his books showing the assessed valuation of
property for examination by the Board in compliance with the requirements of law, and
tommi s si oners
_the Board of County/having given notice for fifteen days by publication in the Vero
Beach Press -Journal, a newspaper published at Vero Beach, in the County of Indian
River, that the Board would meet on this day as a Board of Equalizers for the purpose
of hearing complaints and ,receiving testimony as' to the value 'of any property, real,
personal or mixed, as -fixed by the County Tax Assessor of taxes for assessment for the
taxes of the year 1930, the owners and agents of. property, who appeared for that pur-
pose, were allowed to make °fu.11 and complete statements as to the valuation of the
property owned or represented'by them and the lax Assessor and the members of the
Board having fully discussed the statements and facts as presented decided not to in-
crease the valuation of any property upon the tax roll for the year 1930
The Board,,yof County 'commissioners then adjourned to meet tomorrow morning at
10 o'clock A.M.

The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court at Vero Beach, 112 the County of Indian River, on this 8th
day of July 1930., and the following County Commissioners were present: Albert U. Helseth,1,

chaiman; J.D.Yongue; T.W.TaBruce; J.J.P.Hamilton and John H. Atkin.
The Board of County Commissioners, together with the County Assessor of Taxes,
continued to sit as a Board of Equalizers, the owners and agents of property who appeared;
for that purpose, were allowed to make full and ,complete statements as to the valuation
of the property owned or represented by them and the :tax Apsessor and the members of the '
Board having fully discussed the statements and facts as presented decided not to in-,

crease the valuation upon any of the property upon the tax roll for the, year 1930.
