EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County

Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, at 8:25 p.m. Present
were Chairman Thomas S. Lowther; Vice Chairman Arthur R. Neuberger; and Commissioners
Wesley S. Davis, Sandra L. Bowden, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were Joseph Baird,
County Administrator; William DeBraal, Assistant County Attorney; Kimberly Massung,
Executive Aide to the Board and Maria I. Suesz, Deputy Clerk.
The Chairman called the meeting to order.
14.A.1. TRAINING PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN
RIVER COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED by
Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved the
Training Partnership Agreement with Indian River Community
College, as recommended in the memorandum of January 3,
2005.
ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION IS ON FILE IN THE
OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND
IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES
