THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION AT THE COURTHOUSE, VERO BEACH,
FLORIDA, ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 1978, AT 8:30 O'CLOCK A.M. PRESENT

THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER.
COMMISSIONER LOY LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG,
AND REVEREND FRED MCCLELLAN, FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, GAVE THE
INVOCATION.
THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS
TO THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF OCTOBER 18, 1978.
ON i-IOTION BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR
MEETING OF OCTOBER 18, 1978, AS WRITTEN.
THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS
TO THE MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF OCTOBER 26, 1978.
COMMISSIONER LOY REQUESTED THAT ON PACE 4, THE FIRST PARAGRAPH,
"idOT°ICE" BE CORRECTED TO READ "MOTION."
THIS CORRECTION HAVING BEEN MADE, ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER
DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER LOY, THE MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF OCTOBER 26, 1978 WERE UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED AS WRITTEN.
THE BOARD DISCUSSED THE CLERK `S AGENDA.
ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LOY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER DEESON,
THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO ADD TO TODAY'S AGENDA THE FOUR ITEMS
LISTED ON A MEMO DATED DECEMBER 5, 1978 FROM FINANCE OFFICER BARTON AS
FOLLOWS:

1.' New resolution on Authorization of Signature Cards on
account Laurelwood. Street Lighting District. I would
like to suggest three signatures instead of only two
signatures.

account Rockridge Street Lighting District. I would
like to suggest three signatures instead of only two

Department. The new custodian of the Petty Cash should
