NOTICE OF JOINT WORKSHOP
INTERLOCAL SERVICE BOUNDARY AGREEMENT (ISBA)

TOWN COUNCIL – TOWN OF ORCHID
The City of Sebastian will host a joint workshop of all governing bodies and their staff
members in regard to the Interlocal Service Boundary Agreement (ISBA) draft
agreement with participants as set out above.
The Joint ISBA Meeting will take place on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in
the Sebastian City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida.
Public input is invited.
Any person who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made by the agencies
at this hearing will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made
which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be
based. (F.S. 286.0105)

589-5330 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
