SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT
The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County
Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, December 18, 2007.
Present were Chairman Sandra L. Bowden, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, and Commissioners
Joseph E. Flescher, Peter D. O'Bryan and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were County
Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William Collins, II, and Deputy Clerk Athena
Adams.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 4:09 p.m.
14.B.1. AMENDMENT No. I TO WORK ORDER No. 11 TO GEOSYNTEC
CONSULTANTS FOR THIRD PARTY VERIFICATION SERVICES RELATED TO
LANDFILL METHANE GREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION CREDITS
ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by
Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved
and authorized the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1
to Work Order No. 11 to GeoSyntec Consultants in the
amount of $8,025.00 for additional engineering services, as
recommended in the memorandum of December 7, 2007.

There being no further business, on Motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board
adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
