ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD
The District Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at
the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25tH Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday,
December 2, 2003. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Caroline D. Ginn, Vice
Chairman; Commissioners Fran B. Adams; Thomas S. Lowther; and Arthur R. Neuberger.
Also present were Joseph A. Baird, Acting County Administrator; William G. Collins II,
County Attorney; Kimberly Massung, Executive Aide to the Board; and Patricia Ridgely,
Deputy Clerk.
Chairman Macht called the meeting to order at 12:07 p.m.
14.C.1. RELEASE OF LIEN - TRACTS 1340, 1341, AND 1352 OF
FELLSMERE FARMS COMPANY SUBDIVISION - TOWNSHIP 31
SOUTH, RANGE 37 EAST - ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL
HEARING BOARD CASE NUMBER 165-91
ON MOTION BY Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by Commissioner
Lowther, the Board unanimously approved the Release of Lien on the property
described above which was filed for an Environmental Control Hearing Board civil
penalty levied in Case No. 165-91, as recommended in the memorandum.
