ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD
The District Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at
the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25tH Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday,
February 18, 2003. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Caroline D. Ginn, Vice
Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Thomas S. Lowther; and Arthur R. Neuberger. Also present
were James Chandler, County Administrator; Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney; and
Patricia Ridgely, Deputy Clerk.
Chairman Macht called the meeting to order at 12:09 p.m.
14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - DECEMBER 17, 2002
The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the
Meeting of December 17, 2002. There were none.
ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Ginn, SECONDED BY
Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously approved
the Minutes of the Meeting of December 17, 2002, as written
and distributed.
14.C.2. OUARTERLY REPORT - OCTOBER -DECEMBER 2002
ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY
Vice Chairman Ginn, the Board unanimously accepted the
report, as written and submitted.

There being no further business, on Motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the
Board adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
