EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County
Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, February 3, 2009.
Present were Chairman Wesley S. Davis, Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher, and Commissioners
Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were County Administrator
Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo.
Chairman Davis called the meeting to order at 2:24 p.m.
15.A. EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
1 S.A.I.AUTHORIZATION FOR FINAL PAYMENT AND RELEASE OF RETAINAGE TO
BARTH CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF FIRE RESCUE
STATION #2
ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by
Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved
the final payment and release of retainage to Barth
Construction, Inc., in the amount of $61,826.55, as
recommended in the memorandum of January 20, 2009.
