EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County
th
Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at
10:46 a.m. Present were Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman; Arthur R. Neuberger, Vice Chairman;
and Commissioners Thomas S. Lowther and Kenneth R. Macht. Commissioner Fran B. Adams
was absent. Also present were Joseph Baird, County Administrator; William G. Collins II,
County Attorney; and Patricia “PJ” Jones, Deputy Clerk.
The Chairman called the meeting to order.
14.A.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – MARCH 16, 2004
The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the
Regular Meeting of March 16, 2004. There were none.
ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by
Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously approved the
Minutes of the Meeting of March 16, 2004, as written.
14.A.2. TEN-8 FIRE EQUIPMENT (PIERCE MANUFACTURING) –
PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR A REPLACEMENT AERIAL
PLATFORM APPARATUS (LADDER TRUCK) – LAKE COUNTY
BID #99-150
