At a: meeting of the `Board of County Coumissioners of Indian River county, Flora held at $he office of the Clerk of Cirouitr,Court, at 'Pero Beach, in said County, on Tuesday duly X15, 19309 the following members of said beard were present; Albert 0. Relseth, Chairman; John. H. Atkin, J. Vit.,LaBraee, T. D. Yongve and J. J. P. Hamilton. Also prevent was Miles Warren, Clerk, by D. N. MoCallum, Deputy Clerk. A,uet�tion having been filed with the Board of July 11th, 1930, the same being in the fallowing wards and figures: "To THE HOST©RABLE BOABD of COMM CO SSIOITERS F OF INDIAN RTM COQ'. Upon motion duly made and carried the report was accepted end ,ordered filed. A resolution was passed in the following words and figuress Whereas, it appears that there remains un -expended in the Publiaty, Fund certain, monies not needed et the present time, and that there is a deficit in the Agricultural e Lida. n vidm dada, :. A 1 1 N Fund and not sufficient funds to meet the present requirements, therefore, Be it resolved, that the Clerk is hereby instructed to request the Honorable Ernest .Amos, to. authorize the transfer from the: Publicity Fund to the Agricultural Fund, the sum of Four Hundred Fifty (%450.00) dollars, to be expended in payment of current bills due and payable from the Agricultural Fund. Upon motion duly made by Mr. Atkin and seconded by Mr. Hamilton the motion was carried by Four (4) yea votes and NONE nay votes. Ron. W. T. James, County Superintendent appeared before the Board in connection with request from Board of Public Instruction to have County Truoks haul sufficient dirt to sod the lots back of the High School building, and upon motion duly made and carried It was ordered that the work be done.for the sum of P50.00 to be paid for $150.00 cash and the remaining $100.00 to be paid from collections of 1930 taxes. The Board acknowledged reoiept of a oon unioation from Ron. W. S. Murrow, State Auditor, relative to the duties of Comissioners and Trustees of Special Road and Bridge Districts, an the Clerk was instructed to furnish the Commissioners for Fellsmere Cross State road and Atlabtio and Gulf highway with a. copy of said letter. The several bails against the County having been audited, were examined and f6und correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in payment of same. The said bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court. The warrants so issued in settlement of said bills and accounts being listed completely in the County Finance record, as provided by law, reference to said County finance reo and the list so reoorded__therein being made a part of these minutes as fully and sompl as if the said .warrants were set out herein in detail.
