ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD
The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the
County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Tuesday, May 1,
2001, at 10:45 a.m. Present were Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman; Ruth M. Stanbridge, Vice
Chairman; Kenneth R. Macht; John W. Tippin; and Fran B. Adams. Also present were
James Chandler, County Administrator; Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney; and Patricia
"PJ" Jones, Deputy Clerk.
The Chairman called the meeting to order.
14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - OCTOBER 17, 2000
The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the
Regular Meeting of October 17, 2000. There were none.
ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED by
Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes
of the Meeting of October 17, 2000, as written.

MAY 1, 2001

Commissioner Adams, the Board accepted the Quarterly Report of
Activities during the Quarter from October through December, 2000.

Commissioner Adams questioned whether names could be
included in the reports, and Mike Galanis, Environmental Control
Officer, agreed to include names in the ensuing reports.
ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED by
Commissioner Adams, the Board accepted the Quarterly Report of
Activities during the Quarter from January through March, 2001.
There being no further business, on Motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the Board adjourned at 10:47 a.m.
