SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT
The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the
County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on June 19, 2007.
Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chair Sandra L. Bowden, Commissioners Wesley
S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher and Peter D. O'Bryan. Also present were County Administrator
Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Recording Secretary Maureen
Gelfo.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:39 p.m.
14.B.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING OF MAY 22,
2007
ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by Vice Chair
Bowden, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes of the Regular
Meeting of May 22, 2007, as written.

14.B.2. WASTE MANAGEMENT REQUEST FOR FEE ADJUSTMENT
ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by Commissioner
O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved Waste Management request
for fee increase for landfilling C&D debris on Segment 1 from $14.50 to
$14.99 per ton, effective July 1, 2007, as recommended in the
memorandum of June 8, 2007.

IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on Motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Board
adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
