ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD
The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the
County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Tuesday, July 3,
2001, at 10:58 a.m. Present were Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman; Ruth M. Stanbridge,
Vice Chairman; Kenneth R. Macht; John W. Tippin; and Fran B. Adams. Also present
were James Chandler, County Administrator; Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney; and
Patricia "PJ" Jones, Deputy Clerk.
The Chairman called the meeting to order.
14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MAY 1, 2001
The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the
Regular Meeting of May 1, 2001. There were none.
ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by
Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously approved the
Minutes of the Meeting of May 1, 2001, as written.

14.C.2. DONALD AND JUNE LAFOUNTAIN -
SATISFACTION OF $10,000 ENVIRONMENTAL
LIEN
The Board reviewed Memoranda of June 26, 2001:

ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by
Commissioner Macht, the Board approved the release of the
environmental lien filed under Environmental Control Hearing Board
Case No. 244-95, and recorded in Official Records Book 1187 at page
1661 and Official Records Book 1233 at page 425, and authorized the
Chairman to execute such release, pursuant to recommendations of
staff.
The Chairman wished all citizens a Happy Fourth of July.
There being no further business, on Motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the Board adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
