ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD
The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the County Commission
Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Tuesday, August 20, 2002, at 9:37 a.m.
Present were Ruth M. Stanbridge, Chairman; John W. Tippin, Vice Chairman; and Commissioners
Fran B. Adams and Kenneth R. Macht. Commissioner Caroline D. Ginn was absent on vacation.
Also present were James Chandler, County Administrator; Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney; and
Patricia "PJ" Jones, Deputy Clerk.
The Chairman called the meeting to order.
14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — JUNE 4. 2002
The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the Regular
Meeting of June 4, 2002. There were none.

ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams,
SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the
Board, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Ginn
absent) unanimously approved the Minutes of
the Meeting of June 4, 2002, as written
14.C.2. QUARTERLY REPORT — SECOND QUARTER OF
2002
The Board reviewed a Memorandum of July 17, 2002:

ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams,
SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the
Board, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Ginn
absent) unanimously accepted the Quarterly
Report for the Second Quarter of 2002, as
requested.
There being no further business, on Motion duly made, seconded and carried,
the Board adjourned at 9:38 a.m.
