Update on Impact Fee Ordinance (memorandum dated August 30, 2005) 511-512 Approved staff recommendation to enact the pending ordinance doctrine and eliminate the requirement for contract impairment before the newly imposed impact fees can be waived together with moving the deadline for a receipt of a completed impact fee waiver application to September 30, 2005.
