between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
(hereinafter COUNTY)
and
SEBASTIAN AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION, INC.
(hereinafter SOCCER)
WHEREAS, effective April 18, 2003, COUNTY and SOCCER entered into that certain
License Agreement for property at the North County Area Park of which COUNTY is a Sublessee; and
WHEREAS, COUNTY and SOCCER wish to modify the annual license fee from $200.00 to
$1.00; and
WHEREAS, the COUNTY finds the license fee modification to be in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree, as follows:
1. The license fee set forth in paragraph 1 of the License Agreement is
hereby reduced from $200.00 per year, to $1.00 per year; and
2. All other terms and conditions shall remain in frill force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have made and executed this First Amendment on the
22 day of June 2010.
