This Sixth Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement ("Sixth Amendment') is entered
into effective as of December 23, 2008 ("Effective Date"), by and between Indian River County, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County") and Heveron Group, Inc., a Florida
corporation, d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Service ("Contractor").
BACKGROUND RECITALS
A. Effective October 1, 2005, the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial Services
Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement; Second
Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement; Third Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement;
Fourth Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement; and Fifth Amendment to Custodial Services
Agreement (as so amended, the "Agreement').
B. The County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement by extending the term of the
Agreement through January 31, 2009, and reducing the price paid for Services (as such term is
defined in the Agreement), during the month of January, 2009, all in accordance with the provisions
of the Agreement and as set forth in this Sixth Amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, covenant and
agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
