WIiEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held
a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest
and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
The East 3.5 acres of Tract 2, Section 28,
Township:32 South, Range 39 East; said land
lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
Be changed from R-2 Multiple Family District to M-1 Restricted
Industrial District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect October 15, 1979.
