AN ORDINANCE AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE
71-3, AS AMENDED, SECTION 19, C -1A RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, BY ADDING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
SELF-SERVICE LAUNDRIES/DRY CLEANING ESTABLISHMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That
I. Indian River County Ordinance 71-3, as amended,
Section 19, C -1A Restricted Commercial District, is
hereby amended by adding to Section 19 (a) Special
Exceptions an additional use to be numbered (24), which
special exception shall appear as follows:
19 (a) (24) - Self-service laundries/dry cleaning
establishments.
II. The existing subsection (a) (24) being:
(24) Accessory uses and structures customarily
associated with and subordinate to the above uses,
subject to conditions expressed in section 25,
subparagraph (g),
shall be renumbered subsection (a) (25).
Said Ordinance shall become effective as of the 24th day
of December, 1979.
