ORDINANCE NO. 79 -31
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE
71-3, AS AMENDED, SECTION 20 C-1 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT,
IS HEREBY AMENDED BY DELETING SUBSECTION (11)(a) AND
SUBSTITUTING A NEW SUBSECTION (11) (a)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That
I. Indian River County Ordinance 71-3, as amended,
Section 20, C-1 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, (a) Special
Exceptions, Subsection (11), which Subsection reads:
(11) Laundry and dry cleaning pickup establishments;
no laundering or dry cleaning on the premises,
is hereby deleted in its entirety and a new Subsection
(a) (11) is substituted in its place, which shall read:
(a) (11) Self-service and professional laundries/
dry cleaning establishments.

Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 24th
day of December, 1979.
