BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that any, applicant
filing an application for review of a development of regional impact
with the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County shall
be required to pay a fee which shall be established by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, by a Resolution.
THIS ORDINANCE shall become effective on April 15, 1974.
