WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone
the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a
public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and
citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
All of the South one-half of Government Lot 11, lying
west of the West right-of-way of State Road A -1-A,
Section 10, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, LESS AND
EXCEPT the South 166.57 feet thereof. Said land lying
and being in Indian River -County, Florida.
Be changed from A -Agricultural to R-1AA Single Family District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said
Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect August 27, 1979.
