WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice
of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and
pursuant thereto -held a public hearing in relation thereto,
at which parties in interest and citizens were neard; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of
Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that
the following described property situated in
Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
South 272.1 feet of North 544.2 feet of
Government Lot 1, lying west of the west
right-of-way of State Road A -1-A, Section
10, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, said
land lying and being in Indian River County,
Florida
Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-1AA
Single Family District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth
and described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect October 15, 1979.
