WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that,the
following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
The South 1,083.7 feet of the SW4 of the NE4 of
Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, lying
West of the West right-of-way of U.S. Highway No.I
and East of the East right-of-way of the Florida
East Coast Railroad
Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District to
C-1 Commercial District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth
and described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect December 24, 1979.
