WIIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow-
ing property owned by Moorings Development Company
represented by Joseph J. Lach C/O Veritas Properties,
645 Beachland Blvd., Vero Beach, situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
Lot 54, Unit #1, The Moorings, Section 27-33-40.
Containing 6.67 acres more or less.
Be changed from C -1A Restricted Commercial District to
R -2C Multiple�Famiiy-District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulation.
This Ordinance shall take effect December 12, 1977.
