WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed -in order that the follow
ing property owned by Elvester Sanders Mowatt, PO Box
579, Wabasso, Fla., situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
The West z of the South z of the S.W. 4 of the S.E. 4
of the S.W. 4 of Section 29-31-39, Indian River County
Florida; Excepting the South 40 feet thereof for Road Right -
Of -Way as per O.R.B. 193 Page 377.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Residential
District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations,
This Ordinance shall take effect December 12, 1977.
