WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
_ rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
-following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
Lots 120 through 124, The Moorings, Unit 2, as in
Platbook 8, Page 28, Indian River County Records
Be changed from C -1A Restricted Commercial District
to R -2C Multiple Family District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth
and described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect May 15, 1978.
