Home My WebLink About1978-13ORDINANCE NO. 78-13 r i WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida to -wit: The West 20.61 acres of Tract 16, Section 1, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, AND the South 1/2 of the East 20'acres of Tract 16, Section 1, Township 33 South, Range 38 East Be changed from A -Agricultural to R-lE Country Estate District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations. This Ordinance shall take effect May 15, 1978.
