WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone
the hereinafter described property and pursuent thereto held a publric
hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and
citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE 1T ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioner•, of Indian
River County, that the Zoning 'Ordinance of Indian River County,
Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as inflows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, Lo -wit:
Commencing at the NW corner bf Tract 4, 3ectiu i 28,
Township 33 South, Range 39 East, run E 611.21 feet, run
South within angle of 900 23" 1327.62 feet to S line
of Tract. 4, Section 2E, Township 33 South, RanT,� 39 East,
run W 640J:4 feet to W line of said Tract -In N 1326.97
ft. to point of beginning less S 648.24 Fcct as per .iR bk. 55:;
