WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, dial publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties
in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
The North a of the South z of Section 16, Township
32 South Range 39 East, and
The NAV ; of the SAV 41 and that part of the SAV 4 of
the SAV lying North of the North Relief Canal, in
Section 15, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian
River County, Florida.
Subject to taxes subsequent to 1971 and subject to all
easements, restrictions and reservations of record.
Be changed from R-1 Residential to A -Agricultural
District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth
and described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect June 26, 1978.
