WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties
in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
the following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
All that part of Tract 10, in Section 4, Township
33 South, Range 39 East, North of the Main Outfall Canal
of the Indian River Farms Drainage District, according
to the last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms
Company, filed in Plat Book 2, page 25, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT
the West 370 feet thereof, AND LESS AND EXCEPT the part
conveyed to the State of Florida for road right of way
by the deed recorded in Official Record Book 293, page 454.
Be changed from R-1 Residential District to C -1A Restricted
Commercial District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect January 29, 1979.
