HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-42ORDINANCE NO. 83-42 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to amend the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan be amended by changing the designation of the commercial node at the intersection of I-95 and C.R. 512 from a commercial node to a commercial/industrial node and enlarging the node from 150 acres to 175 acres. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Use Element.
