AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
TEXT OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN PROVIDING FOR ENLARGING THE 300 ACRE COM-
MERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL NODE AT THE INTERSECTION OF
I-95 AND STATE ROAD 60 TO 550 ACRES AND PROVIDING
FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
SECTION 1
Page 35 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan
is hereby amended to read as follows:
I-95/S.R. 60 INTERCHANGE
This is a commercial/industrial node containing three
hundred -{369} five hundred -fifty (550) acres.
SECTION 2
EFFECTIVE DATE
The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective
upon receipt from the Florida Secretary of State of official
acknowledgement that this ordinance has been filed with the
Department of State.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida on thclOth day of April
1985.
