WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter 3escribed property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Imtdi-ai—Ri-ver--County,.- F-lorida---that the -Z-oaring-Ordinance-of - - -
Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in
Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
The west 92' of Lots 9 through 16, inclusive, of
The Meadows Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 11,
Page 36, Public Records of Indian River County,
Florida. Above property lying and being in Indian
River County, florida.
Be changed from C-1, Commercial District, to R-1, Single -
Family District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida on this 6 day of March
1985.
