AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REVISING AND REENACTING
THE THOROUGHFARE PLAN MAP OF THE TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
amend the Thoroughfare Plan Map of the Transportation Element of
the Comprehensive Plan and pursuant thereto held a public hearing
in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that
Section 1
The Thoroughfare Plan Map of the Transportation Element
of the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County,
Florida, be amended in its entirety and reenacted as
the Thoroughfare Plan Map displayed in Attachment A.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida on this 10th day of Jule
1985.
