ORDINANCE NO. 89- 15
AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE
FROM RS-3,.SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, TO A-1,
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT FOR -THE PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 110 FEET EAST OF 66TH AVENUE AND
998.12 FEET NORTH OF 77th STREET, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN,
AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.

local Dlannina ageenncy on such matters, has held a public hearing
and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
request; and
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners,of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined
that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of
the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; an
WHEREAS, The Board—of County Commissioners has hel-&-epubixc
hearing pursuant to this rezoning.request, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard;
"t0'r��-THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN by The Board of County
Commissioners-o"dian-RIver-County, Florida, that the Zoning of
the following described property situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
The North one half of the North one half of the Southwest
quarter ot the southwest quarter of Section 32, Township 31
South, Range 39 East, EXCEPT the West 135 feet thereof.
Said -135 feet -to -be -measured from the centerline of Lateral

16, 1950, in Plat Book 3, page 8, Public Records of Indian
River County, Florida. Said property situated, lying and
being in Indian River County, Florida.
Be changed from RS -3, Single Family Residential District To A-1,

Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian Fiver County, Florida; on this 6th day of June ,
1989.
This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach
Press -Journal on the 16th day of May , 1989, for a public
hearing to be held on the 6th day of June , 1989, at which .
time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowman ,
seconded by Commissioner Eggert , and adopted by the following
vote:
