w[EREAS, the Hoard of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the herein-
after described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in
relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Hoard of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida,
and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in
Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
The subject property is described as:
Beginning at the NW corner of the SW; of the NF}; of Section 13,
Township 33S, Range 39E, Indian River County, Florida, run east
a distance of 40.00' more or less; thence run SE and parallel
to the right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway 614.00' more or less
to the point of beginning. From said point run south 131.00'
more or less; thence run east 53.00' more or less; thence run
NW and parallel to the right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway a
distance of 141.00' more or less to the point of beginning.
All of this parcel being in the SW; of the Mh of Section 13,
Township 33S, Range 39E, in Indian River County, Florida, and
containing 0.08 acres more or less.
Be changed from C-lA, Restricted Conmercial District, to M-1,
Restricted Industrial District.
2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property situated in Indian River County, Florida,
to -wit:
The subject property is described as:
Beginning at the NW corner of the SW' -4 of the NEA. of Section 13,
Township 33S, Range 39E, Indian River County, Florida, run east
a distance of 40.00' more or less to the point of beginning.
From said point, run SE and parallel to the right-of-way of Old
Dixie Highway 614.00' more or less; thence run north 220.00' more
or less; thence run west 69.00' more or less; thence run north
345.00' more or less; thence run west 160.00' to the point of
beginning.
All of this parcel being in the SM, of the NE4 of Section 13,
Township 33S, Range 39E, in Indian River County, Florida, and
containing 0.93 acres more or less.
Be changed from M-1, Restricted Industrial District, to C-2,
Heavy Commercial District.
3. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property situated in Indian River County, Florida,
to -wit:
The subject property is described as:
Beginning at the NW corner of the M04 of the NE4 of Section 13,
Township 33S, Range 39E, Indian River County, Florida, run
south along the a section line a distance of 286.001; thence
run west a distance of 63.23' to the intersection of the east
right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway; thence run south along said
right-of-way 451.401; thence run east a distance of 163.00' more
or less; thence run north 131.00' more or less; thence run NW
and parallel to the right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway a distance
of 614.00' more or less; thence run west 40.00' more or less to the
point of beginning.
All of this parcel being in the SW4 of the NE4 of Section 13,
Township 33 South, Range 39 East, in Indian River County,
Florida, and containing 2.53 acres more or less.
All above described property now lying and being in Indian River
County, Florida.
Be changed from C-lA, Restricted Commercial District to C-2,
Heavy Comercial District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said
Zoning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida on this 20 day of February 1985.
