WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the
hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing
in relation thereto, at which'parties in interest and citizens were
heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Fl-orida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
Florida, and the accompanying 'Zoning i,Iap, be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
follo=.•ring described property situated in Indian R ver
County, Florida, to -wit:
The south 280 feet of the north 380 feet of the North
1/2 of Government Lot 11, Section 10, Township 31,
Range 33, lying west of the westerly right-of-way of
SR A -1-A, lying and being in Indian River County,
Florida.
Be changed from A - Agricultural District to R-JAA
Single Family District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect January 26, 1982.
