ORDINANCE NO. 82-34
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
Lot 38, A. A. Berry Subdivision, according to the
plat filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2,
Page 14, said land now lying and being in Indian
River County, Florida.
Be changed from R-3, Multiple Dwelling District to
R -2A, Multiple Family District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect January 3, 1983.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida on this 15th day of December , 1982.
