WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing •and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning request; and WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of intentto rezone the hereinafter described WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive -Plan -o -Indian Rivzr- County;_and WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Beginning at the point on the North line of Tract 12, Section 34, -Township -33 South, -Range 39 East, according to the last .general plat of lands -of Indian River Farms Company, which said t was filed Marth 23 1915 and recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, where said North line is intersected by centerline of drainage ditch extending Northerly and Southerly across said Tract 12,ence run East on the North line of said Tract 12, 642.2 fee to the Northeast corner of said Tract 12, thence run South 331.3 feet on the East line of said Tract 12 to the Souttreast-corner-of-Tractl�thence-r-un-vest-635,5-fee on the South line of Tract 12 to the centerline of said ditch, thence run North on the centerline of d ditch to the Point of Beginning, containing 19.53 acres, more or less; said .land now lying in and being in Indian River County, Florida.
