ORDINANCE NO. 82-29
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
From the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Ssction 15, Township 32 South, Range 39
East, run South 89 48' 30" West, along the East-West
1/4 section line, a distance of 888.48 feet to an inter-
section'with the East right-of-way of Old U.S. Highway
No. 1; thence, run Northwesterly, along the East right-of-
way line of Old U.S. Highway No. 1, a distance of 1,114.83
feet to the Point of Beginning. From said POB, continue
running Northwesterly along the East right-of-way line of
Old U.S. Highway No. 1, a distance of 261.28 feet to an
intersection with the North boundary of the Southeast 1/4
of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 15: (1) thence, run
Easterly along the North boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Northeast 1/4 of Section .15, a distance of 345.85 feet
to an intersection with the West right-of-way of the New
U.S. Highway No. 1: (2) thence, run Southeasterly along
the West right-of-way line of the New U.S. Highway No. 1,
a distance of 260.57 feet; (3) thence, run Westerly
parallel to the North boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, a distance of 343.97 feet, to
the Point of Beginning.
Be changed from R -2A, Multiple Family District to M-1, Restricted
Industrial.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect December 17, 1982.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 1st day
of December , 1982.
