WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone
the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public
hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citi-
zens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
That part of the Southwest '4 of the Northeast ', of
Section 23, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, lying
southerly of the Fellsmere-Sebastian Road (S. R. 512)
Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R -IE Country
Estate District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect February 2, 1981.
