WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning
Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying
Zoning Map, be amended as follo;:,,s:
1. That the Zoning t•9ap be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian
County, Florida, to -wit:
The Sid I of the SE } of Section 25, Township 32S,
Range 39E, LESS AND EXCEFT the Sw I of the SW i of
the SE } and less any rights-of-way of record
All above described property noa lying and being in
Indian River County, Florida.
Be changed from RS -1, Sicole-Fa:-dl1 Residential District,
and RS -6, Single -Family Residential District, to RM -8, multiple -
Family Residential District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Cormissioners of
Indian River County, Florida on this =1 day of Atipust 1985.
