WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of. Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of
Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit=
That part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 26,
Township 32 South, Range 39 East lying East of the
East right-of-way of U.S. 1, and being more particularly
described as: Beginning at a point 737.65' South of the
NE corner of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence continue
South along the 1/4 section line a distance of 164.0'
thence run N 89056104" W a distance of 510.89' to the
intersection of a curve, said curve being the East right
of way of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence run Northwesterly
along said curve having an interior angle of 00034107"
and a radius of 170128.75' and being concave to the
Northeast, an arc distance of 170.021; thence run S 890
47114" E a distance of 550.28' to said 1/4 section line
and P.O.B. said parcel containing 2.0 acres more or less.
Be changed from C -IA, Restricted Commercial to M-1,
Restricted Industrial District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida on this 5th day of January , 1983.
