WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of
Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pur-
suant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at
which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of
Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that
the following described property situated in
Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
BEGIN AT A POINT 363 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 39
EAST, THENCE RUN EAST 210 FEET, SOUTH 210 FEET, WEST
210 FEET, NORTH 210 FEET, TO POINT OF BEGINNING,
LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY; SAID LAND LYING AND BEING IN
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. CONTAINING 1.012
ACRES MORE OR LESS.
Be changed from C-1, Commercial District and A,
Agricultural District to C-2, Heavy Commercial
District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 12th day
of October , 1983.
