BE IT ORC.I,:ED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
follovlS:
I. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
follovring described property situated in Indian

at a. point on the north line of said Southwest quarter of

Indian Rivet' County, Florida.
Be changed from R-1 Residential District to C --IA Restricted
Ccnnercial District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect July 20, 1981.
