WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties
in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
followihg described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
The South 70.0 Feet of the North 700.0 Feet of the
East 10 acres of the West 20.68 acres of Tract 10,
Section 1, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian
River County, Florida,
Be rezoned from A -Agricultural District to R-3 Multiple
Family Residential District.

All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect May 26, 1981.
