WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent
to rezone the hereipafter described property and pursuant thereto held
a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and
citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River Coupty, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Flori4a, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that
the following described property situated in
Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
The North 5 acres of the East ten acres of
the West 20.82 acres of Tract 12, Section 1,
Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according
to the last general plat of lands in the
Indian River Farms Company filed in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida in Plat Book 2, Page 25;
said land now lying and being in Indian River
County, Florida.
Be changed from R-3, Multiple Dwelling District
to C-lA, Restricted Commercial. i
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth
and described in said Zoning Regulations,
This Ordinance shall take effect October 26, 1982.
