WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of
Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and
pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto,
at which parties in interest and citizens were heard, NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAIZIM by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of
Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
The South 2.76 acres of the West 5 acres of the
East 15 acres of Tract 12, Section 1, Township 33
South, Range 38 East, according to the last general
plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida in Plat Book 2
at page 25; said land now situate, lying and being
in Indian River County, Florida.
Be changed from A, Agricultural District to C-lA,
Restricted Commercial District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth
and described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take affect January 3, 1983.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida on this 15thday of December, 1982.
