ORDINANCE NO. 80-18
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held
a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest
and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
Tract 3, Section 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East.
LESS AND EXCEPTING 1.3 acres in N.E. corner, which will
remain in the original C-1 zoning.
North k of Tract: 6, Section 26, Township 33 South,
Range 39 East, according to the last general plat of
land of the Indian River Farms Company
Be changed from R -IMP Mobile Home Park District to R-28
Multiple Family District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shalt take effect April 28, 1980.
